These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Univyn Technologies services.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and prompt notification of unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials are proprietary to Univyn (or licensed). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and process it as needed to provide the Services.

5. Payment, Fees & Refunds

  • You agree to pay applicable fees for subscriptions or paid Services.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers; you accept their terms.
  • Unless stated otherwise, payments are nonrefundable.
  • We may change fees or discontinue Services with notice.

6. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or reasonable cause. Upon termination, rights to use Services cease. Sections intended to survive (IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity) remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied). Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, Univyn is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid by you for the relevant Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Univyn, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims or losses arising from use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of a third party.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms with updated dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws of the State of Telangana / India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in effect. No waiver is effective unless written and signed.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign rights without consent; we may assign freely.
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus additional agreed terms form the entire agreement.
